Unhappy with your flowers?
Unfortunately from time to time a recipient may not be completely happy with their flowers. If this is the case we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at leanne@petalsinthepaddock.co.uk and let us know what's wrong and we'll be in touch asap to help.
Exchanges
We cannot accept returns on orders as flowers are perishable by nature but if we agree with your complaint then we may be able to offer an alternative solution such as an exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your flowers. A care card is included in all bouquets to help you get the most out of your flowers, for as long as possible.
Cancellations / Refunds
Cancellations must be made before the morning of your delivery day. We may not be able to refund orders that are cancelled after this time as your bouquet may have already been prepared.
In exceptional circumstances we may be left with no alternative but to refund your order. If this is the case then we will process your refund within 48 hours of a refund being confirmed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This can sometimes take up to 5 working days.
